In a world that moves too fast, young people rarely get the chance to stop. To breathe. To reflect. That’s why I Can, I Am, and I Will created Junior Reset — a dedicated wellbeing programme built into the school syllabus as protected reflection time.

This isn’t an optional extra. It’s not an afterthought. It’s timetabled space where children and young people learn to pause, process their emotions, and believe in themselves.

How It Works

The Journal — A guided tool with prompts that build confidence, resilience, and self-expression.
The Reset Framework — A simple, repeatable process of pausing, reflecting, and resetting.
Protected Time — Schools commit to embedding weekly reflection sessions into their curriculum, giving young people the same priority as any academic subject.

Already in Action

The Junior Reset programme is already embedded in UK schools, including La Passerelle SEMH School in Jersey, where it has become part of the protected syllabus. Students describe it as giving their brains “space again” — a chance to reset and see possibility.
