About

Artist. Hairdresser. Activist.

Louis Byrne is an award-winning celebrity hairstylist, creative activist, and founder of I Can, I Am, and I Will — a movement that uses creativity, reflection, and empowerment to transform lives. His work spans high fashion runways for Dior, Louis Vuitton, and McQueen, editorial shoots for Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, and the creation of holistic empowerment experiences that merge craft, culture, and care.

But Louis’s story is more than fashion. Raised on a working-class council estate, queer, and HIV-positive, he has turned trauma and survival into a mission: to show that broken doesn’t mean finished — it means you’re still here.

Ambassadorships & Advocacy

Louis’s commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and empowerment is reflected in his ambassador roles:

La Passerelle SEMH School (Jersey) — Ambassador for Inclusion, Diversity, and Creativity. Supporting the integration of the ICIAIW Reset Journal into the protected school syllabus, giving young people time to pause, reflect, and believe in themselves.

Haircuts4Homeless — Charity Ambassador. Using the craft of hairdressing to restore dignity, confidence, and connection for people experiencing homelessness.

Nobu Pilates — Wellbeing Ambassador. Partnering on programmes that fuse movement, empowerment, and reflection, bringing the ICIAIW ethos into fitness and holistic wellness.

Mission

Through I Can, I Am, and I Will, Confessions Holistic Hair Studio, his Reset to Rise programme, and his role as an ambassador, Louis is building a culture of reflection, resilience, and empowerment — across fashion, education, wellbeing, and community.

His mission is simple: to use creativity as a tool for change, giving people the power to shape their identity and rise with confidence.
